By using or accessing any part or section of the Foodship website, you agree to have read and to give your consent to be bound by our terms and conditions of use. What is Foodship Software as a Service(SaaS)?
Foodship is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) platform owned by Foodship. Our SAAS platform and services are available for our customers on a recurring subscription basis, subject to terms and conditions. Under any circumstances, by subscribing and availing our services, any user don’t gain any proprietary right over the Foodship Software. User gain usage right to the specified time period. Foodship reserve the right to cancel or barred any user to access our services, in case of violation of terms and conditions.
We strongly advise our clients to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before using the software. By installing or using the software, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
What is Foodship subscription model?
We offer different subscription plans for our services, and you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. You will be billed on a recurring basis according to the terms of your subscription plan.
Trial Period
Foodship may offer a free trial period to selected customers, at the discretion of the company. However, any user who does not qualify for the trial period cannot demand it. During this period, customers will have full access to Foodship’s services. After the free trial period ends, regular prices will be charged without prior notification to the customer.
The free trial period starts from the moment the customer activates the trial service by signing up for a Foodship account. All customers signing up for the free trial will be required to submit payment details to allow for automatic payments once the trial period ends. By submitting payment details, the customer acknowledges and agrees to Foodship’s general terms and conditions. If the customer does not wish to continue with the paid service, they must cancel the service through their Foodship account before the trial ends.
The free trial offer applies to new customers only, and Foodship reserves the right to remove or cancel the free trial offer at any time, or change its features or offerings.
Intellectual Property
Foodship owns all intellectual property rights to our services, including our website, software, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for their intended purpose.
Data Privacy
We take data privacy seriously and strive to protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details confidential.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Foodship will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount (current subscription period/duration) fees paid by you to us for the service in question .
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our services at any time in case of violation of our terms and condition or used for other than intended purpose, without prior notice or liability.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your agreement to such changes.
