Job brief: As an Intern in Customer Care & Support at Foodship, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our customer care team, gaining valuable experience in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with our customers. Your location is no problem, this is 100% remote job. In-house product and process training will be given to the new hire candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up the menu of new restaurant of Foodship
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, and chat.
- Resolving customer issues, performing necessary changes in customer menu and troubleshooting non technical problems.
- Provide support to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Perform basic software testing on Foodship products to test the functionality and ensure they are performing as per expectations.
- Collaborate with technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify trends or areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- Must have own working laptop/computer and good internet connectivity.
- Proficient with computers and technology. Preference will be given to the candidate who has IT certificate/diploma.
- Able to communicate in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using MS office software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic semi-technical issues.
- Empathy, patience, and a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
